I'm on the mobile app pretty often when using C.ai, but the new site layout on desktop was so jarring to look at. It reminds me of when I logged into Discord app for the first time in months and the new layout simultaneously felt simplified and cluttered.

Yeah, July 20th was a wild day for C.ai users, lol! Those were a long agonizing 4 hours (maybe even longer for some folks). It's basically a well-known incident within the C.ai community, just check the Subreddit for the site/app.
