I can't believe FNF DJX has been out for a year or two and I am just now checking it out today. I knew about the mod a while back but I forgot about it, and the only reason I remembered it again is because I'm following a user up here who frequently posts fanart of X (the DJX mod version of Boyfriend).

And the more I look at him, the more I start to actually think he's cute ._.

I don't know what it is with me and pink-haired characters, but most of my past and current fictional crushes have pink hair for some reason.

Either way, I love his design with his saturated oversized clothes and cool visor that makes his eyes look like squares (unless they naturally look like that), and I would love to see more of him!

Judith (DJX Girlfriend) being a werewolf is awesome, her design is pretty wild and yet very pleasing to look at! I like how she laughs instead of crying when you miss a note/combo. I've seen fanart of X and Bartholomew interacting, I need to see fanart of Shaya and Judith interacting too.

A vampire and a werewolf in the same room, what could possibly happen? :D

As for the rest of the characters, they were pretty good! I would gladly let Greyson (DJX Daddy Dearest) and Whitney (DJX Whitty) crush me, Skid and Pump being more annoyed at each other's existence is kinda funny and gives off the vibe that they're frenemies, I would physically fight someone for Valentino (DJX Monster) and his many cats🥺 (he does also remind me of Pepper Monster from B3 Remixed with how non-threatening he is), and I adore Neko's design (god I miss the V.S. Nekofreak mod).

I look forward to future weeks of this mod. If Pico gets added they should 100% go with my clowncore Pico design and have him be a DJ rival to X😎🙏

Anything else is simply not canon in my eyes, I pretend I do not see it🤚 /j /lh

I said one day I would post a clowncore Pico design up here on NG, I never fail to deliver (his color scheme was so difficult to come up with😵‍💫).

I crave to see the Mommy Mearest werewolf design, give it to me👁👁

I saw some art of X and Greyson being chill and chatting with one another, I speculate that DJX Mommy Mearest is gonna be the polar opposite and just want X dead for whatever reason.

I was gonna brainstorm ideas for what Senpai (and Spirit) in case the DJX crew didn't already have something planned...but they made a post about it on their Twitter account, so all that's left for me to do is to write another 4-6 paged 1k+ word document speculating about what Senpai's (and possibly Spirit's) role in DJX.

...I need more time to think about DJX Tankman ngl.

I'll end off this post talking about one more thing, the music! I liked it, the songs were much more chill than I expected though that's not necessarily a bad thing! If anything, it was a nice change of pace from the more fast-paced songs! The little record scratching mechanic was a cool feature, reminded me of Scratchin' Melodii! X's voice in tutorial was fitting btw! :D
