Damn, 3 years...I feel old🚬🚶

(yes I know it's 2 days off, but still, shhhhh)

Not to get too sappy on main but I teared up from looking at these two images side by side, never expected to come a long way just from drawing this silly guy. I remember D-Sides released 4 years ago and I got hooked on the mod, it's songs, character designs, etc. The week 3 preview came out and I gradually grew onto Pico's design with how unique it looked to his other designs. And after years of learning to draw a mohawk in my style and searching up goth/punk outfits, I am genuinely surprised at how far I've come, not just with D-Side Pico but with my art style in general. I joke about being tired/exhausted from drawing or wanting to draw but I really mean it when I say there was never a moment in my life when I regretted wanting to be an artist, being able to create content like this for self-expression and to make folks happy was all I ever wanted to do.

I was going to leave this post as just an "I'm old" joke, but seeing these two image's upload dates prompted me to reflect and ramble a bit about my deeper feelings, haha! Here's to the D-Sides Redux update whenever it may release🥂💖

Btw week 4's songs are such a banger, it's my favorite week next to weeks 3 and 6! Mommy Mearest supremacy🛐
